By accessing or using TicketBot (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service
TicketBot is a Discord bot and web dashboard providing ticket-management functionality, including:
- Creating and managing support tickets.
- Ticket categorization and organization.
- Ticket transcripts and archiving.
- Staff management and permissions.
- Web-based configuration.

User Responsibilities
Acceptable use
You agree to use TicketBot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service, Discord's Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
- Use the Service for illegal activities.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service.
- Spam or abuse Service features.
- Impersonate others or provide false information.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
Section 04
Service Availability
We strive to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, 100% uptime, that the Service will meet every requirement, or that errors will be corrected immediately.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for damages resulting from Service unavailability.

Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using TicketBot, you consent to:
- The collection and use of data described in the Privacy Policy.
- Caching Discord objects to improve performance.
- The storage of ticket data and transcripts.

Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by TicketBot and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
- Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service, if any.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service without prior notice for reasons including a violation of these Terms, misuse or abuse of the Service, illegal activity, or at our sole discretion.
When access is terminated, your right to use the Service ends immediately. You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your server.

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the document revision date on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by and construed according to applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
