Decembers second and final update brings Thread Mode tickets, RoVer integration, and a new /switchpanel command.
FingThis update introduces three powerful new features designed to enhance your server management experience and streamline ticket handling workflows.
Thread Mode revolutionizes ticket management by creating tickets as Discord threads instead of separate channels. This approach offers cleaner channel organization and eliminates Discord's 50-channel and 500 server wide restrictions.
In Thread Mode, tickets are created as private threads attached to your ticket panel channel. Staff members join tickets via a "Join Ticket" button in a dedicated notification channel, giving you complete control over who handles each ticket. Threads can be reopened after closing, allowing for continued conversations on resolved issues.
Key benefits include 1000 open tickets per panel channel (beyond Discord's channel limits), cleaner server organization, and the ability to reopen closed tickets for follow-up support.
The new `/switchpanel` slash command allows you to instantly switch the panel to a different one, effectively switching the category the ticket is in, support team , etc.
With our new RoVer integration, you can now include your ticket openers Roblox username, roblox id, or a link to their roblox profile using our placeholders.
RoVer integration is available to all servers automatically, you just have to have our Bot and RoVer in the server and if the ticket opener verified with RoVer you are ready to use the placeholders. All available placeholders can be found below.
RoVer PlaceholdersAll features are now available in your dashboard!
To enable Thread Mode, navigate to your server dashboard Settings and toggle "Thread Mode" on. Configure your ticket notification channel and start creating thread-based tickets.
Use `/switchpanel` in any ticket channel to instantly change its panel configuration. For RoVer integration, ensure RoVer is set up in your server and the integration will work automatically.
