7. Multi Language

TicketBot supports multiple languages, allowing you to serve your community in their native language. All bot messages, buttons, embeds, and error messages are fully translated.

Supported Languages

The following languages are currently available:

Setting Your Language

To change the bot language for your server, use the /language command. This requires Administrator permissions.

1. Type /language in any channel
2. You'll see all available languages with their translation progress shown as a progress bar
3. Select your preferred language from the dropdown menu
4. The bot will confirm the change and immediately start using the new language

What Gets Translated?

The language setting affects all bot-generated text:

• Ticket creation messages and welcome embeds
• Button labels (Close, Claim, Unclaim, etc.)
• Success and error messages
• Close request and confirmation prompts
• Ticket rating prompts
• Thread mode notifications
• All command responses

Translation Progress

Each language shows its translation progress as a percentage when you run /language. A language at 100% has every string translated. Languages below 100% will fall back to English for any missing translations, so you'll never see a broken or empty message.
