4.2. Whitelabel
Whitelabel lets you run TicketBot as your own fully-branded Discord application. You supply the bot token, we run the bot for you, and your community sees your own bot name, avatar, and status instead of ours. Every premium feature is included by default.
Pricing
$5.99 per month, billed through Stripe. Cancel anytime from the billing page.
What You Get
- Your own Discord bot identity: custom name, avatar, status, and embed branding. The bot your users see is yours.
- A dedicated container runs your bot 24/7, auto-restarted if it crashes, auto-updated whenever we ship new features.
- Every premium feature included: unlimited ticket panels, autoclose, analytics, custom embed colors, message footer branding removal, live ticket messaging, and more.
- Same dashboard, same configuration. Panels, tags, modals, teams, transcripts — everything works identically for whitelabel guilds.
Setting It Up
- Subscribe to whitelabel on the pricing page.
- Create a new Discord application at discord.com/developers/applications. Under the Bot tab, click Reset Token and copy the new token.
- Enable the Message Content, Server Members, and Presence intents under Privileged Gateway Intents. Save changes.
- Open the whitelabel dashboard page. Paste the bot token and save.
- Pick the server you want the bot to serve from the Linked Server dropdown, then click Link.
- Click Start. The bot spins up in 30 to 60 seconds.
- Copy the invite link from the dashboard and add the bot to the server you linked.
One Server Per Subscription
Each whitelabel subscription runs one bot in one server at a time. If you invite the bot to a server other than the one you linked, it will not respond to commands or messages in that server. This keeps the resource footprint predictable and prevents accidental misuse.
You can change which server your bot serves at any time by selecting a different option from the Linked Server dropdown on the whitelabel dashboard. Changes take effect within one minute.
Configuring Your Branded Bot
Bot name, avatar, and banner are configured directly on the Discord Developer Portal under General Information. Changes there reflect in Discord globally without restarting the bot.
Bot status (the “Playing …” or “Watching …” text) is configured on the same developer portal page under Installation. Discord updates this within a few minutes of saving.
Everything else — panels, tags, settings, transcripts, analytics — is configured from the standard TicketBot dashboard for your guild, the same way as a non-whitelabel server.
Security and Your Bot Token
Your bot token is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before being stored in our database. The token is only decrypted inside the container that runs your bot, and is never returned to your browser or exposed through any API endpoint. If your token is ever compromised, regenerate it on the Discord Developer Portal and paste the new one into the dashboard.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from the billing page. Your bot keeps running until the end of the current billing period, then automatically stops. The Discord application itself remains on your account — you can reuse the token elsewhere, or resubscribe later and pick up where you left off.
FAQ
Can I move my subscription between bot tokens?
Yes. Paste a new bot token on the whitelabel dashboard at any time. The old bot will be replaced on the next start.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
Your bot is automatically stopped within five minutes of the subscription becoming inactive. The server you linked loses whitelabel features but any ticket history, panels, and settings are preserved for when you resubscribe.
Can I run my own bot token on the main TicketBot instead?
No. Whitelabel is required to run a bot with your own identity. The main TicketBot is shared infrastructure using our bot account.
Does whitelabel support multiple servers?
One server per subscription. If you need whitelabel for several servers simultaneously, contact us about multi-server pricing.
