3.2. Transcripts
The transcripts page allows you to browse, search, and view all closed ticket transcripts from your server. Transcripts are automatically generated when tickets are closed and contain a complete record of all messages and interactions that occurred within the ticket.
Viewing Transcripts
All closed tickets with available transcripts are displayed in a table format. Each transcript entry shows:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Ticket ID | The unique numeric identifier for the ticket |
| User | The username of the user who opened the ticket (or their User ID if username is unavailable) |
| Panel | The ticket panel (category) from which the ticket was created |
| Close Reason | The reason provided when the ticket was closed (if any) |
| Closed At | The date and time when the ticket was closed |
| Actions | Click the eye icon to view the full transcript |
Filtering Transcripts
You can filter transcripts using multiple criteria to quickly find specific tickets. All filters can be used together to narrow down your search results:
Ticket ID
Filter by the exact ticket number. Enter the numeric ID of the ticket you're looking for.
User ID
Filter by the Discord User ID of the person who opened the ticket. Useful for finding all tickets opened by a specific user.
User Name
Filter by username. This search is case-insensitive and will match any username containing the text you enter.
Panel Name
Filter by the ticket panel (category) name. Shows only tickets created from the specified panel.
Close Reason
Filter by the close reason text. This search is case-insensitive and will match any close reason containing the text you enter.
Tip: You can combine multiple filters to create more specific searches. For example, you could filter by a specific user and panel to see all tickets that user opened from that particular panel.
Pagination
Transcripts are displayed with pagination to make browsing easier. By default, 10 transcripts are shown per page. You can navigate between pages using the Previous and Next buttons, and the current page number is displayed in the center of the pagination controls.
Viewing Full Transcripts
To view the complete transcript of a ticket, click the eye icon in the Actions column. This will open a detailed view showing all messages, timestamps, and interactions that occurred within the ticket. The transcript includes all messages sent by both the ticket opener and staff members, making it a complete record of the support interaction.
Note: Only closed tickets with available transcript content are displayed. Tickets that were closed before transcript storage was enabled, or tickets that failed to generate transcripts, will not appear in this list.
